Printer Hardware Maintenance
The spare parts required for maintenance are imported and can be supplied at a very reasonable cost for the clients who have their own IT staff where the maintenance is carried out in- house.
When the ATRO Toners are purchased; if maintenance has to be carried out by our staff, the labour charges would be free of charge.
Special Maintenance Packages for Corporate Sector
a) If ATRO Toners are used for the Printers owned by the client, a special Maintenance Coverage can be provided so that No additional cost will have to be borne by the client on maintenance of the printers. Maintenance will be carried by VINRETA Technical staff at no cost.
b) If the Laser/Dot Matrix Printers are supplied by VINRETA (Pvt) Ltd, agreement should be signed for a minimum period of One Year under certain conditions so that the client will have to purchase only the Toner Cartridges at a certain rate. The cost of maintenance of printers will be borne by VINRETA (Pvt) Ltd during the agreement where the customer doesn’t have any burden.
